7 Morning Hacks to Live By

Do you have your own morning hacks? What kind of morning person are you? I like to say to people that I love early mornings and I am an early bird. Getting early like at 6 a.am gives you so much time during the day: it allows you to do a lot of things on your to-do list and still have time left for you and doing the things you love! I don’t know about you, but getting up early for me means having more energy throughout the day ahead!

However, just like everyone, it happens that I sometimes want to sleep in or scroll aimlessly through my phone looking at all the posted photos I didn’t have the chance to see the previous night. So important, right?:)

All in all, getting out of bed sometimes can be a real struggle, especially if you had a rough, sleepless night and you have a long day in front of you! So we are here to help you get organized a little bit more efficiently and establish a morning routine that you’ll start looking forward to! We are sharing 7 little morning hacks to save time in the a.m so you can focus better on the day ahead of you!

  • Pack your bag before you go to bed! It’s nice if you have bag organizers. You can organize your makeup, tissues, keys, documents, and anything you need!

  • If you are worried you’ll forget anything, just leave it by the door.
  • Set your alarm at least 10 minutes earlier, so that you can meditate and set your intentions for the day! When I don’t meditate right after I get out of bed, I really notice a shift in my mood and energy!

  • It’s nice to make a checklist of all the things you have to do for the following day. It makes your mind clearer and you don’t lose sleep stressing about all the things you have to do!
  • Last but not least: sleep on silk pillowcases. Not only does it prevent the formation of wrinkles on your face, it also minimizes hair frizz in the morning. Brilliant, right?
